PRIVACY POLICY

The protection of your personal data has a high priority for Deutsche Telekom IT & Telecommunications Slovakia s.r.o.  , Moldavská cesta 8B Košice 040 11, Slovakia, ID. No. 52 934 039 (hereinafter referred as the “DT ITEL SK” or “Controller” or “We”) It is important to us to inform you about what personal data are collected, how they are used and what options you have in this regard.

1.  What data are collected, how are they used and how long are they stored?

• When using Trasa – Indoor Navigation application, hereinafter referred to as online service:

The application is supposed to navigate the user using ARKit in order to direct user to specific meeting point. To create a correspondence between real and virtual spaces, ARKit uses a technique called visualinertial odometry. This process combines information from the iOS device’s motion sensing hardware with computer vision analysis of the scene visible to the device’s camera for determination of your current location. Your use of this real time route guidance application is at your sole risk. Location data may not be accurate. ARKit recognizes notable features in the scene image, tracks differences in the positions of those features across video frames, and compares that information with motion sensing data. The result is a highprecision model of the device’s position and motion.

In order to use the application, you will have to enter the unique code delivered to your working mail address.

Data from AR is processed only on the device. The data is deleted automatically after turning off the navigation or turning off the application. The user's preferences are also stored directly in the device, such as how they want to navigate between floors (elevator or stairs) and whether they want to use AR for navigation or just see the road without realtime navigation. These user preferences are deleted if the user deletes the application from their device.

This data is required for Contract performance (Art. 6 (1) b GDPR) The controller is processing personal data for the purpose of providing the Trasa – Indoor Navigation application services.
